LoVo Group is an operator supplying telecommunication services for Corporate Clients, Operators and Consumers.

If we are unable to deliver all the components of our services independently, we take responsibility for services supplied by our Partners. We make sure that all matters related to services provided by our Partners, with our company as an intermediary, be as professional as our own services.

Our involvement

We truly care about providing best quality service. We cooperate with verified Partners only, who will provide best quality service, like ourselves. We try to deliver services capable of satisfying our Customers’ needs. We comply with all the applicable laws, recommendations and regulations issued by the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) and the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

Terms of cooperation

  • After our service is ordered, we send a standard Contract and Terms & Conditions with a request to sign.
  • Should you have any questions or doubts, please contact our Customer Service Department at
  • If necessary, we will ask you to provide and send to us your financial data and documents.
  • We try to deliver our services as soon as possible after signing the Contract, obviously provided that all equipment is available and installed.
  • If a site inspection is required, we will contact you to agree on a quick and convenient time.

Faults and Repairs

Should any issues arise in the course of our cooperation, please report them to our Customer Service Department at We will review and fix the problem as soon as possible. We will contact you on the next working day at the latest.

Billing reports

  • By default, we settle our accounts in monthly intervals, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unless we agree otherwise, payments for our services will be charged on the basis of a VAT invoice.
  • If you wish to change the payment method, please contact our Customer Service Department.
  • We will send you a billing report of all calls via a web page or e-mail, at no extra cost. If you encounter problems with payments for our services, please contact us at 22 255 30 30. We will try to work on a different method of payment.

Change of address

In case of any change of address at which the services are to be provided, please contact us at not later than 30 days before the date of your movement.

Number portability

We understand that retaining the numbers is important for our Clients. Therefore, we offer your telephone number maintained at your new location. For more information, please contact the Customer Service Department at


We take all complaints from our Customers very seriously and it is our ultimate goal to resolve any of them as soon as possible. Should you have any comments regarding the services, please report them to the Customer Service Department at We will make every effort to resolve the issue and we will keep you informed of the progress of work.

We treat all matters concerning telecommunication fraud very seriously. For this purpose, we collaborate closely with the Police and with other telecommunication operators. If you notice any fraud, please report the incident to our Customer Service Department at
